"Wow! The Jackson is a gem. Such a peaceful, beautifully maintained, classic Vermont Inn. Both the Inn and the town of Woodstock brim with charm. The sitting parlors are inviting. My room on the 2nd floor was cozy. And the bed was awesome. Breakfast is not included in the lodging fee but was well worth the experience. And the grounds...! Make the most of your time at the Jackson to stroll the lovely, spacious lawn & gardens behind the Inn. I enjoyed a brief, morning, quiet-time sitting in an Adirondack chair overlooking a pond at the very back of the property. I never did connect with any of the staff during my stay. But still I had a lovely time. Thank you!"
