"The threshold between the bathroom floor and the carpet for the room has staples coming up and they stabbed my bare foot. Hurt awful. The door peephole was about to fall out of the door it was completely unsecured. We just pushed it back into place. Next time we need a hotel we definitely will pick a different location not bc of the hotel itself just the nearby neighborhood is trashy. We only went here bc we went to a family gathering and needed a place to stay overnight vs driving home. Well...

"" This place is one of the best experiences I've had. I am so grateful to Ryan for putting his heart and soul into ensuring safety, cleanliness and comfort. He has a gift for hosting the wide variety of guests with personable support, elegance, and grace. Thank-you Ryan and your LT team!""

"Really nice - really comfortable - really downtown"

"The hotel itself is nice, but the location is not the best. There were bunch of homeless people roaming about and hanging around the hotel, one guy kept stalking my wife ad when I confronted him, he said he needed someone to go with him to get food, so that was very weird. I think there should be proper security there and signs of no loitering and trespassing and they should be enforced."

"The Omni and the spa are amazing!"

"The Airstream Campers were awesome! I also appreciate having a charging station for my EV car! We ate at the site a few times, and it was a nice option. Their coffee is fantastic, and great way to start the day!"

"Clean room, helpful staff and great location!"

"The room was very clean. Last time I visited I felt it was newly built or recently upgraded. That was 4 yrs ago. I noticed only mild changes like scuffing on doors. Again I felt bedding and comfort of beds excellent. I noticed some basic wear but it will not keep me from returning. I loved the local asheville tea company tea offerings but the coffee was still excellent and the morning coffee table still very appealing. All staff are helpful, kind and professional. Cant wait to return"

"I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious for a couple days stay for business trip. I loved having a separate bedroom and living space with a stocked kitchen."

"the facility looks great but the sound insulation is horrible! I spent one night( room #319) here based on geat reviews, the facts was peoples upstairs kept walking/jumping with heavy boots on, all night long!"

"Beautiful room, great hotel, the coffee/snack bar at lobby was best food of the whole stay, great sandwiches made to order (so not a quick grab and go). The other restaurants were disappointing. So glad we booked this hotel as it was walkable to the shops and wine tasting versus. Complimentary wine tasting at lobby at 5pm as we as chocolate chip cookies at 8pm, fun and sweet! There are shuttles, but only twice an hour pickup & closes at 5pm. The mansion on the estate was miles away so it takes...
