"The front desk manager Felisha was very rude regarding our parking accommodations. We were not notified that the streets would be blocked and that they were hosting an event causing little to no parking. We were refunded our parking fee for that day. In addition Thankfully some attendants or security downstairs helped us with the issue insured us our vehicle would not get towed due to parking garage being filled. Gave us a slip to put in window of car. Overall The hotel was nice and clean housekeeping very helpful when needed"

"The location to the main areas of attraction and the metro was excellent. The desk staff and housekeepers were efficient, polite, and professional. We arrived early, but there was a room available, so we were able to settle in at that time. We booked a king bed without kitchen; we got a double queen with kitchen. That was fine with us. The room was a bit outdated but clean; the shower had some mold but not a deal breaker. The room was located near the front desk, elevator, and stairs, so it was a bit noisy at times, however, we were out most of the day. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was delicious. There aren’t many dine-in restaurants within a half mile walk of the hotel. Circa, near the Foggy Bottom metro, was excellent. We would stay the hotel again."

"Hotel looked lovely as we approached and didn’t disappoint when we entered . The staff were lovely throughout our stay and the room was perfect ! Clean, spacious with a decent sized bathroom containing shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand gel and body lotion. Loved the hotel and would definitely recommend."
