As the fire crackles, you can rustle up some home-cooked delights in the shaker-style kitchen, which also features a painted dining table and chairs. Ascend the oak staircase to the first floor, where you’ll find two garden-view bedrooms – one king-size and one twin – plus a bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. And when you fancy some fresh air, head out to the garden and make the most of the lawn and patio areas, with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.


Throw on your walking boots and explore the picturesque paths and trails in the surrounding area. Only 1.5 miles from the barn, you can discover the delightful town of Orford. Take a riverboat cruise along the River Ore or climb the majestic Orford Castle for breathtaking views across the town. Alternatively, head to Aldeburgh (10.5 miles) and its beautiful, pebble beach, where you can spend the day taking in stunning coastal views and sampling the local fishermen's daily catches.


Lodge Farm Barn is part of a beautiful trio of properties, with Lodge Farm Cottage (sleeps 4) and The Green Shed (sleeps 2) making it an ideal destination for group or family holidays.
