I was disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub accessible by all guests: I felt this wasn’t made clear by the listing."

"I found the Pacific height inn to be very nice. it is not the Ritz so if you want all the bells and whistles, go elsewhere, but I would definitely stay here again. The room was good size, bathroom very modern. In a fairly good neighborhood. Bus stops close to the Hotel. We took public buses all over San Francisco. parking was a little tight, but we were always able to park."

"Drove down with my dogs for a race at Miller Knox park. Friendly staff. I loved how close food and groceries were. I do not expect fancy at Motel 6 - basic is A-OK. Room was fine. Parking was good and seemed safe. Dog area was extra good and spacious. There was an unfortunate but mild smoke smell left in my non-smoking the room. I'd stay again due to location, cost and convenience."

We arrived quite late as our fight was delayed, but the check-in was really smooth and the representative was really polite and helpful, even though we were probably tired and moody :) We were checked in quickly, and we were given a really useful map of places to see and also the places that are unsafe to go to - it was really useful! "Well, Richmond is not the best place in No Cal. Hotel is old and decent upgrades inside the rooms. It was noisy and the room layout is bad. The bed mattresses move easily and not comfy. Best part is that Costco is near by and that was helpful. Will have to think twice if to stay here again."

"The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available."
