"The gated parking was great! Only thing that would have made it better was if there was entrance access to the back of the building without having to go down through the garage/basement. Everything else met great expectations. Plenty of room for my family in the unit and it was clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again."

"We enjoyed our 2-night trip to St Louis - first time visitors. Host was very helpful and very quick to respond to messages. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Shower / bathroom not great. We parked our car in the street out front rather than in the lane at the back. Initial impression of the immediate area not great but we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. Overall enjoyed our short stay here and would be happy to book with this host again if we return to St Louis."

"Pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was compared to the neighborhood and building. Check in was quick and smooth, loved being able to park in the covered garage at night. The building was quiet, neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable, Overall it was everything we needed for our weekend trip to St Louis. My only complaint was the broken floor transition piece between the one bedroom and hallway; mainly because I had my 2 young kiddos that ran barefoot and it was asking for an...

"This is actually a 4.5 star review. Not just a 4. Love the location. Easy to get to my daughter’s campus at SLU just a short drive to Soulard, the Hill and to downtown. Loft was very clean and had every amenity that you would need. Internet based key system involved a bit of learning curve at first, but actually ended up liking it a lot!"

"The place was clean enough, however the basement where the bedroom was, smelled like mold the entire time we were there. It gave me a headache. Also parking was difficult--we got a ticket because we didn't read the sign that was over 50 feet away stating they were cleaning the streets and not to park. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Communication with the owner/management was excellent. The building is right across from the ballpark and walking distance from dining and other attractions. The apartment is clean and well-appointed. There's even a candy dish in the hall. The gym is clean and ample for short trips. Front desk staff is friendly. Residents are quiet. I travel a bit for work and this was a perfect home base for me. Thanks very much."
