"Breakfast was excellent. WiFi fast. Staff lovely. A few stains on the carpet. Mattress very uncomfortable - asked for a mattress topper, but they don't have any, so gave us a duvet to put under the sheet, which sort of worked. Air con on some kind of sensor/timer which meant it goes off during the night and the room got hot quite quickly. "

"I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment, but it looked fresh. Had a coffee but was luke warm, could not be warmed up as it was from a machine. Staff super helpful when I requested to move to a bigger room. Manager was very helpful too. The only thing that let the hotel down is that the walls and floors could be thicker, a family that were staying seemed to let their children run free, up and down the corridors! Was annoying. Could not hear the traffic noise at all. Aircon was nice. Definitely would stay here again. Great value for money. "

"The room was not as expected based on the listing. The initial room we was given was suitable and cold. However Jon the manager was incredibly helpful. I must say he is a genuinely lovely guy and clearly cares about his guests and he helped find us a more suitable room with a bath so we could bath our child. For me Jon and the other staff we interacted with were the best thing about the stay and we’re all incredibly friendly. "
