"The room was very big and comfortable. The bed sheets were a little rough. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The staff offered to help me fix it but unfortunately it was not a good time. Also, Chammi was amazing during check-in and he tried his best to personalize my experience. Additionally, a big thank you to Jennie from Concierge/Bell Desk who helped me avoid the traffic and accident by providing me with a great suggestion of taking the taxi instead of the airport bus. She went the extra mile and above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time and I am extremely grateful!"

"I had such a lovely stay! The hotel is conveniently located right by the MTR exit with a lift, which makes it super easy to manage your luggage. Plus, it's just a hop away from the airport railway, so you won't have to trek through the subway for too long. And if you love shopping, you're in luck—it's really close to the vibrant Hongdae area, filled with plenty of delicious food options!"
