"my husband and i enjoyed staying at the old orchard inn. good food. clean. the TV service was bad.we could noot get the TV going, so i went down to the service desk, i spoke to a young man at the desk, i am so sorry i don't remember his name. he was so helpful he came to the room to get the TV going. he mentioned that the inn is still dealing with the service. he got the TV going but later on when watching a movie the TV kept cutting out, off and on. it was like that for two days . there were no canadian channels.
Our second complaint is when taking a shower there should have safety features like holding on to safety handles when getting in and out of the shower or bath. maybe the rooms should have only showers with safety features, specialy for seniors. my husband also fell when getting out of the tub. thank god he didn't
