"There was no hot water for the shower and the room wasn't the most clean and we hot tub did not really get very hot at all"

"This was our first time staying at a B&B. We were happy to find the host welcoming and inviting. The Inn is a beautiful home. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Both us had the best night of sleep in the king size bed, the mattress wasn’t too firm or too soft and the pillows were perfect. If you’re looking to book here, do it!"

"Stay was great. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was decent . My only complaint was the doors to the hallway aren’t soundproof at all. There was a hockey team of young kids staying in our wing and every time one of them went out into hallway (which was every 5 minutes on the Sunday morning) the doors slamming were so loud it sounded like it was our door opening and closing. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again."

"Check in was fast. Staff were nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Room was clean. The only issue I had is the rug in the room needed maintenance it had a rip in it. I told the front desk and she said she will let maintenance know. I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and will stay again."

"Our usual go to when in Oswego. However, the amount of noise from 11pm - 2am each night was unacceptable, even after multiple complaints."

"Everything was dirty, broken or worn out. No one cleaned the breakfast area in the 2 days we were there. TV channels made no sense, numbers on the guide never matched the actual station, HVAC unit never stopped or started on the set temperatures. Ice machine broken, holes in the wall, broken towel racks, etc. This place needs a lot of work before I visit it again."

"Great location, clean rooms. The best part of the stay was the front desk attendant, Mariah. She was so nice, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and will stay again if I'm in the area."

"Great staff"

"Staff was nice but place needs an upkeep and to inform guests. Bar area and restaurant were closed to renovations. Never saw anyone working and we were not notified prior to."

"So here’s what happened there was nothing really wrong with the actual hotel but when I took a shower and got out to use the body lotion that the hotel supplies, I pumped it out and put it all over my body and realized that it wasn’t the lotion it was the hand soap so I thought it was my fault I checked the other container and that was hand soap also so it was not my fault apparently the maids filled both container containers with hand soap, so unfortunately, after I was halfway ready for...

"This is a beautiful 1790’s estate and a treat if you’re a fan of history and old architecture. Hosts Micah and Darcy were gracious and helpful in offering ideas on locations to visit. We loved our time in the Finger Lakes and our stay at the Yorkshire Inn!"

"I've been staying at this hotel for nearly 40 years. Rooms are always clean and staff is very helpful."
