I made a reservation and paid for the booking, I got to the apartment building and the staff inside doesn't speak english nor did he let me into the room or anything, he basically kicked me out of the building and told me to go to another hotel. The staff doesn't even work for the host! I messaged and called the host and he didn't respond, he basically stole my money and Expedia couldn't do anything about it.
