"I strongly give an advice for you who want to book this apartment. Very Very difficult to contact through a phone call. I complained very strongly to Hotels.com. Even if 2 months earlier I sent a message to confirm check-in and how to check-in, they did not check my message and phone call even on Warsaw that my wife called, they did not answer.
