"The water in the shower was cold two days and scorching hot one day and the temperature could not be adjusted. We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone. Convenient access to the train station to travel to London. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't buy it. They said that the wifi was free in the lobby but it was dreadfully slow. "Lovely hotel and a very pleasant stay overall. Only downside was that the air con didn't seem to work very well and I don't believe the window opened. I was boiling during the night! Amazing being able to use the spa and pool in the morning, it was £10 which is very reasonable but it would've been nice if it had been included in the hotel cost as a guest perk. We had an accessible room which wasn't necessary but it was nice and spacious. Some of the amenities in the toilet looked a little worse for wear. Very convenient location. Nice 11am check out :) Didn't have breakfast."
