"Online booking was efficient. Face to face at the reception was friendly. Quiet area. Our car was parked in off street parking. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to our original booking. The take away pizza from the restaurant was great. All in all our experience of this Hotel and Canberra was excellent and made a memorable time away for us."

"New modern clean well cared for. Parking is sufficient but tight for large cars. Checkout was confusing for billing, charged another bond instead of account final charge, but was rectified ok."

"View from the room is amazing. The property is pretty new so all the unit and facilities around the hotel is really good. One improvement I suggest is the Duty Manager I spoke to last Saturday, 25 May is quiet hierarchical which makes me feel she is above me and no sense of reality that she is dealing with a guest. She put words in my mouth and make it an advantage for her rather listen and understand properly the discussion that we have. She hang up on me as well whilst talking to her. Overall a nice stay, the reception team are very friendly and approachable except for the Duty Manager which she thinks she is above me."
