The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were first-class. I enjoyed a truly blissful spa treatment that left me feeling completely refreshed. Breakfast, included in our stay, offered an impressive variety of options — all fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented 😋. "Had a wonderful night over using the facilities spa swimming steam room jacuzzi and relaxing. Only negative was we had room service breakfast which came with no toast butter or jam for croissants apart from that exceptional and will return "

"Stayed overnight and ate on Oak Restaurant. Food and wine choice excellent as was ambience. Our bedroom was fine but could do with a spruce up. Bed comfortable.Overall a great stay to celebrate my wifes birthday."

"Really good size room, was perfect on the ground floor having patio doors open onto a small bistro set. Really comfortable stay. Attentive staff. Didn't eat here as i was working in the area ling hrs but Cant ask for me. "

"Lovely hotel grounds smaller than expected. Nice rooms although a little dated. Comfortable, staff friendly, nice breakfast. Great pool and easy free parking with p&r not far. Would stay again "

"Chester is a fantastic city to visit especially with the children. Lots to see and do. We dod a family trail and learnt do much. The hotel was a great base, just across the road is a park and ride bus service that took you straight to the centre snd easy to pick up back to the hotel. Great to have the pool and restaurant service too the breakfast certainly filled us up for our days out. "
