When we finally got through we were about 1 hour from our location in Crewe, to be told sorry the room that you have booked has had a flood in the en suite. It is an old house on 3 levels, so quite a few stairs, but with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was our second time here."
