"Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. "Where to start? First let me say that Ambar are condos, not a resort so each unit is individually owned & most are managed by different property managers. "This condo was a beautiful place to call home for a month. It was clean, spacious, good lighting. More importantly, it had a stunning, unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. Our host was very responsive any time we had an issue.It is close to a few restaurants and just minutes from bus service.The pool is not as depicted in the photo. The seagulls love to hang out on the side of the pool. I noted it being cleaned on a regular basis but you have to wade through some bird waste to swim, plus many of the tiles have come off. The common space is pleasant to read, visit or just stare out at the ocean. I noted it being cleaned on a regular basis as well.One highlight: an adorable orange tabby that welcomed us daily and would sit and visit with us when we were on the shared patio."
