"We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! "Great location right near the beach and added bonus of on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a tub and toiletries were included. No AC but fans were provided. There was a bit of traffic noise but didn’t bother us too much. "We had such a great stay at Paskins, what a great location and being a slightly quirky guest house, it had character. Such a helpful host, they even arranged parking for us and we got parked on same street!! (£20 for 24 hrs - very reasonable for central Brighton. ) Helpful message about booking in if after 7 but our host even helped carry our bags up the stairs! Good job cos a few flights up!
