Thoughtful touches like welcome chocolates and a personalised congratulations message made us feel truly valued. Dinner was superb — beautifully presented with outstanding flavours — and followed by a surprise delivery of celebratory truffles. Serendipity offered direct poolside access via a private staircase, allowing us to step straight out into the sunshine for a relaxing afternoon with cocktails — the Hugo Spritz was a standout. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, and the spa provided just the right atmosphere to unwind. The personal touches really made us feel celebrated, and it’s clear the team takes genuine pride in the guest experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to return — and we’ve already recommended Feversham to friends looking for a special getaway. Thank you to the entire team for a truly memorable stay."

"We stayed in the luxury glamping pod, which was so lovely. Comfy bed, excellent power shower, clean, there's an oven and dishwasher too. Plenty of space and good size table and chairs. Nice little view. Food in the hotel was really good, they were very accommodating for our meal choices, I would 100% visit again!"
