"It was perfect. I spent 4 days in Atlantis with the wife and kids before I checked in, and this was the much needed vacation that I wanted. Get up, go to the pool outside, snorkel for hours on end at the walk out reef you have connecting this property, and then get back in the pool. The kitchen is stocked perfect for any cooking needs, the beds are comfortable, the AC is GREAT. It is at the very East end of the island, so make sure you stock up on groceries before you go, unless you rent a car or want to pay 40 to and 40 from a restaurant. You cant really walk anywhere from it, because there are NO sidewalks and there are dogs running around. We were told if we did walk, to take a big stick to hit the dogs with if they got close. We never walked anywhere. We stopped at Solomon's Fresh Market on the way to the property from Atlantis and that had to be one of the BEST grocery stores I have ever shopped at in my life. The NY strips we prime meat..you could cut with a fork. The ground beef for the spaghetti tasted NOTHING like what we can get in the USA, it was like eating a steak. And the sliced turkey we got was one of the best tasting turkey sandwiches I ever had in my life. This place has every item you could need on a vacation. Our entire family enjoyed it. If you go and you dont rent a car, hire Monique with TNT Taxi. She is the best. And if you want to rent a boat, Capt Carl Blades was one of the best boat charters we have ever had at the Bahamas. This is the place to be"

"The condo was absolutely beautiful and had every amenity you could possibly want. Winnie was a great host and super easy to communicate with. The private beach was beyond our expectations and the perfect spot to enjoy our vacation. If you book this villa I promise you won't be disappointed. "Oceanspray was the perfect place for my daughter's bachelorette trip! Plenty of space for her bridesmaids, the view was amazing, and Shawn was a stellar host. He and his driver were professional, prompt, and very helpful. I highly recommend using Shawn's driver, especially if you are not familiar with Nassau. Wayne is a safe and courteous driver and was very knowledgable about the area. He was literally at our beck and call...even for a late night toilet paper run! Shawn was quick to respond to all our requests and messages too. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The house and the location were perfect! We had the best trip and will definitely be back to stay!"

"We only stayed overnight so we didn't get to use the pool or walk to the beach but the condo worked really well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. Daniel was an extremely responsive host and would reply to our texts within minutes."

"Elvira’s condo is fantastic. She is also the most lovely and welcoming host - I had lots of questions as it was our first trip to the Bahamas and she went out of her way to help. We were personally welcomed at the condo, which is well located at Palm Cay, tastefully decorated, has an excellent kitchen, kids beach toys, beach cart and chairs, BBQ, plenty of space… The pool is outside the front door and only shared by a few properties. Palm Cay itself feels secure and has a wonderful marina to watch the boats. The beach is lovely - and we often had it to ourselves, morning beach trips and sundowner sandcastle became our daily routine. The Pink Octopus is a great casual restaurant - pizzas excellent. Key points:Elvira is wonderful - I booked the condo as I had the read the other reviews about her hospitality and they are true!There are no other restaurants other than the Pink octopus nearby, just something to consider, we didn’t mind at all, and Solomon’s supermarket is a 1/2 minute drive to get groceries. This suited our family perfectly.The condo is a 7/8 minute walk to the beach. We have a 4 year old and in the heat this was just a bit far for him - so I recommend hiring a car to have the freedom to pop to and from the condo, also for grocery trips or excursions. This was the best thing we did, Elvira can recommend a car hire, just ask her. Super reasonable, and we loved exploring downtown Nassau.Thank you for a lovely stay Elvira - we will hopefully be back again!"
