"This was a great place to stay, nice and clean and the little play area/ open space across the street was great for the kids."

"Great location with restaurants and subway stops within a couple of blocks. Felt very safe. Was only about a 15 minute walk to Union Square. Communication with the property was great. Beds were comfortable."

"This could be a wonderful property, but it needs some work. Air conditioning was marginal. Shower/tub drained VERY slowly. Needed missing extension cord to plug in the main lamp. Could not access freezer drawers due to tight kitchen space. No privacy blinds on the windows. Other little things as well, but you get the idea. Property manager responded to requests for extension cord and additional towels and late check out, but ignored our concerns regarding the drainage issues. "

"The location of this VRBO is unbeatable. We were within walking distance of amazing restaurants, the gym / Barrys, and amazing nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and made our stay very comfortable. The second bedroom can be turned into a bedroom or used as a second office / tv room. I was here for the month and working from home with no issues at all. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to be on a busy street with amazing restaurants!"

"David’s place was comfortable and very fun. I stayed for a month during the summer and enjoyed the roof with a nice view of the financial district to the south. Check in and communication were very easy. I would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect to explore Manhattan. Its was easy walking distance to Empire State, Times Square & Rockefeller Centre. The subway was also only a short stroll from the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four. It was amazingly quiet and also very secure. "
