Only criticism was the food in restaurant wasn’t up to much, staff didn’t know whose table ordered what. We were told not to start eating in case it was someone else’s! Total lack of staff, that’s my only complaint. Could never get through on the phone, just rang off the hook."

"Only stayed for one night so didn't have a chance to properly experience the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the pool looked amazing - sadly I didn't get a chance to go in! Breakfast was good too "

"An eccentric conversion of a gentleman’s country home into a special hotel. Decor a cross between the Rocky horror show and day of the triffids. Meals dinner and breakfast very nice."
