"Overall, this rental could have been a nice stay, but unfortunately I did not feel safe enough to remain there. The front door did not seem secure and looked like it may have been previously damaged, and the alarm system was not working. Because of this, I chose not to stay for either of the two nights I had booked.The host was kind and responsive, which I appreciated. However, I would strongly recommend addressing the security concerns for future guests.Additionally, the listing photos were somewhat misleading. The space appeared much brighter and more beachy online, but in person it was darker with different furniture than shown. Updating the photos to reflect the current condition would help set more accurate expectations.With a few important improvements, this could be a much better experience."

"We spent the last week at Hector’s place and had a fantastic stay. The property was exactly as described, and the previous reviews were spot on. Our first impression was how clean everything was—from the kitchen and bathrooms to the floors and beds.The outdoor area is the highlight. We opted to heat the pool, which was definitely worth it with temperatures in the 70s. The in-pool bar stools were a big hit—perfect for the kids to watch their shows, and later for the adults once we finally got control of the TV for the Masters. The grill area is top-tier and thoughtfully away from the main seating space, so smoke never interferes with folks relaxing or swimming.The location is perfect, with Publix, Target, CVS, and an ice cream shop all within a mile or two. We were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t have much time, but we did make it to Gatorland—highly recommend it if you have the time. It’s easily a full-day outing, and good for all ages. Lastly, Hector’s responsiveness and attention to detail truly set this property apart. He replied to messages within minutes and addressed a couple of minor issues quickly and without hesitation.Thank you, Hector and Mely, for a wonderful stay!"

"This was my 2nd stay at the Baldwin Bungalow and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Baldwin Park is centrally located to so many great Orlando Main Street districts like Winter Park, Audubon Park, Ivanhoe District, and Downtown. Baldwin Park is super walkable and quiet, so its a great home base for those who want quiet and privacy - with the bonus of a full kitchen, laundry, and fenced in yard. I've already booked my 3rd stay and can't wait to explore more of the area."

"Hosts to this property were easy to reach and resolved questions quickly. The proximity to winter park wedding venue and MCO was perfect for our needs. Property has some blemishes around the interior and exterior but cleanliness was definitely not an issue. If you are able to look past imperfections and know that you are in a clean home then this is a perfect place. Beds comfortable, showers warm, nice laundry facilities and a nice pool although we were too busy to enjoy it. Will definitely book again. "
