"Although it’s an older property, the rooms have been updated and maintained. Being we were there in August and it was hot, I was thrilled that they had covered parking. Front staff was friendly, cleaning staff was friendly. Even though they do not serve breakfast, there is an excellent smoothie and breakfast place across the street. Along with Starbucks. I’d stay again."

"Overall a very nice hotel to stay at. Great location, specless clean, nice rooms and amenities, great city views, and even good parking situation (given the fact that it's in the middle of Hollywood). The only downsides: Loud pool parties on the weekend, which took away the relaxing rooftop experience for hotel guests. Also: the reception staff was reluctant in accomodating my wish for a larger room, and it took 3 attempts until I got transferred to a better room. I'd expect more service-oriented thinking from a hotel of this caliber and price range, especially since I was a returning customer."

"I booked a room last minute because I had an early flight. The room was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful with my questions about getting to the airport in the morning."

"I had a great experience at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Los Angeles Beverly Hills. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel has a comfortable, modern atmosphere and is in a great location for getting around Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and the surrounding areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room had plenty of space, and everything felt well cared for. What stood out most was the service. The staff made the experience feel personal rather than simply transactional. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and genuinely interested in ensuring guests enjoyed their stay. The location is also a big plus. It provides convenient access to Beverly Hills, Westwood, UCLA, and many of the restaurants and attractions on the Westside without feeling like you're staying in the middle of all the congestion. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again. If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel with good service and a convenient location in Los Angeles, the Kimpton Hotel Palomar is an excellent choice."
