"Upon check in the two front desk ladies were extremely friendly! The room was clean, spacious, beds were comfy, loved the kitchenette. However it would have been nice to have more than one chair. When we sat down to eat breakfast, we had to sit on our beds. One more chair in the room would be nice. Also, a nightstand on one side of two queen beds. It only offered one stand in the middle of both beds. Other than that, I had no complaints. Would definitely stay again! "

"Cabin was excellent, just as advertised. Hosts had great communication and there were many thoughtful touches in the cabin. Only negatives (and they were minor) were the closeness of the very active train tracks (host provided earplugs, we slept soundly), mattress was VERY firm (but again, slept soundly), and a minor infestation of black soldier fly larvae (found about 30 crawling on floor over two days, they didn't bite or anything)."

"We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family reunion of 20 people. The barn is absolutely stunning— tucked away at the back of a peaceful property with a huge porch overlooking rolling hills where we watched deer roam as we enjoyed sunsets and rainstorms.The main room is enormous and perfectly designed for entertaining. At any moment, we had groups cooking in the kitchen, duels at the pool table, lively charades in the living room area, and fun conversations at the bar. Best of all, there was plenty of space for the entire family to gather around one long table for meals—a huge highlight!The house was fully stocked with everything we could need. It’s clear the hosts put tremendous thought and care into every detail—clever welcome and departure information, a well-equipped kitchen, games on the porch for all ages, and bar supplies aplenty.The beds were incredibly comfortable, with first-floor bedrooms offering private baths. For us, the upstairs was perfect for families with kids, with two private rooms for the adults and a larger bunk room where all the kids could happily crash together.The hosts were exceptional—warm, responsive, and genuinely kind—making the entire stay seamless and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.The location is obviously a huge plus—just minutes from historic Brenham, Blue Bell, and more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!"
