"We booked a 2 night stay at the hotel with car parking and breakfast. The Bajan man booking your car in was by the far the most upbeat and friendly member of staff. He was great! The reception staff were professional but not particularly friendly or welcoming. The rooms were lovely, huge bathroom and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were keen to clear it away though before 10am. We asked for croissants as there were none out, to be told they had run out. Another customer asked for orange juice and again was told there was none. The breakfast staff didn't go to any extra effort to be helpful. Overall would go back but probably wouldn't pay for breakfast."

"A 500 year old property so some things to be expected like uneven floors but just adding to the character. Friendly staff, pub with character and right in the centre of Windsor with on site car parking. A short walk to the river and Windsor Castle. We are planning another trip to Windsor and will be looking to stay at the Crown and Cushion again. Recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect for exploring all the sights, making it an ideal base for our visit. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, and we were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded on arrival, which was much appreciated. Our room was cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with plenty to choose from. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable!"
