"What a perfect spot. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and quiet, the location was perfect for exploring Windsor and Eton, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I've had. Lots of choices and the view from the restaurant was amazing. We ate at the restaurant for supper and we loved it. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting."

"This was a last minute booking due to an error I made. The room was lovely and clean. It was nicely appointed and modern. I went out for dinner but I had smoked salmon and scrambled egg for breakfast and it was nicely presented and well cooked. The only thing stopping me giving it 5/5 overall was minor noise overnight. There was a fan in the bathroom that I couldn’t seem to control (not the switch controlled extractor which went off after a short time) and because the rooms are quite close and the doors are heavy there was some noise at times but it’s a pub with rooms rather than a hotel so it’s probably to be expected. Overall it was ideal for a night and I’d still return again as the overall stay outweighed the minor noise issue."

"This is the second year in a row we have managed to celebrate our anniversary at this beautiful location. It is clear that careful thought is put into making sure you have what you need. From milk in the fridge to books and toys for kids to nappies and toiletries in a drawer. The owner was also kind enough to post us something we accidentally left behind last year. I cannot say enough to do this lovely place justice. Thanks again for a lovely stay."

"Great and convenient hotel at the other end of the high street in Windsor so everywhere was walkable. Appeared newly refurbished so rooms and communal spaces were well designed, clean and new. Very comfy beds and aircon and which was good as it was ever so humid the weekend we stayed. Great breakfast-I loved the pancake machine, the cooked breakfast bought out in sensible sized batches so was hot and fresh and whilst the coffee tasted great, the machine was surprisingly slow. Nice and bright area to sit with friends for breakfast. Staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly."
