"Final stop on a 2 week holiday and what a disappointment.The photos & description are mostly accurate, but they don't reflect how dirty the unit was. The shower, the mirrors, the windows, the kitchen sink! If they cleaned at all, they spent perhaps 10 minutes on the whole unit.I should have been prepared when the owner didn't answer any questions via VRBO chat, before our arrival. On the day we checked in, we didn't have access instructions until we were in Windsor sitting at the train station...

This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "There were no locks on both door to the balcony that did not lock. No towel holders or hooks anywhere in the house for bath towels or any other clothes item. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. We said we were four people and they only gave us three bath towels. The pullout bed in the living room was like a rock to sleep on. The map shows the house where the car park is, when in fact the house is not where the map says it is. The landlord said the map shows where the residence was and it wasn’t....
