Room was really tiny considering the pictures that been showed. You can hear noises from the next room. But the Location and the transport facilities were great.

Where do I start? You can hear every noise from the room to my right and upstairs. Shower TOO HOT to take a shower.. I had book 2 sets of 3 nights and I am on my 2nd set only because I missed the free cancellation. My neighbours are the noisiest ive ever had in any "hotel" upstairs footsteps are quite loud. Im actually leaving this place after tonight (2 nights earky) due to a security fear... My room and the front door have the same codes as last week, so that tells me that anyone who has had this room previously will be able to come back anytime they wish.. Ill be reporting this to Hotels.com. I tried to reply to the robotic welcome email but no reply.. Never again!! Also.. Private Bathroom means you share with other inmates and first come first served..

Place was cute and decorated very nicely. However, they are supposed to email you a code with the house/room codes the day before check in. I had yet to receive these an hour before check in and had to pester them with emails and calls until someone finally picked up. Additionally, the hot water and heating did not work, making a cold winter night that much unbearable. Great location, but perhaps try not to stay in the winter.

Nice and comfy room, just need staff to send instruction for self check-in. In my case at bit late need to call them directly as they not answer or send instruction to my email.
