This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming. Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not feel safe staying here with my baby. I would never say here again!!!!!!!!!"

"Excellent choice for pre or post cruise out of Southampton. There were 4 of us. We had a room with 2 bedrooms, king size bed in one and 2 twins in the other. Hotel restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. We used Uber to get around. 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"Two night stay at Marwell Zoo.Nice 'safari' style hotel situated right next to the Zoo. Plenty of convenient parking and quite an unusual hotel but also very nice. Pleasant comfortable room and bar area. Nice but unexceptional breakfast, but overall very good value!"
