"Property worked well for our family and our situation. The host was incredibly responsive. "

"All in all a nice house, but with a very unpleasant smell coming from somewhere in the kitchen and penetrating the rest of the rooms. Freezer unusable (dirty and caked with ice). Garden overgrown. Windows in the bathroom and one bedroom wouldn't open, respectively close, properly. We informed the owner, who sent someone round, but only the bathroom window was fixed."

However, flat did not meet title, “Cheerful 3 Bedroom flat” The blind in living room was broken, flat was grubby, no kitchen rubbish bin several things were broken-eg. microwave, bedside table drawers, ironing board, bathroom bin, several bedside lamps, clothes drying rack- cutlery had to be washed. Upon arrival there was no heating or hot water switched on. I had to phone the maintenance people who instructed us how to put it on! "

"Visited for first few days of the Wimbledon tennis championships. The house was nicely appointed with child friendly touches that made our granddaughters not even miss their parents leaving for the tennis tournament at 6 a.m. and returning after bedtime! The backyard garden was fun and the walkable neighborhood had a nearby park with an ice cream stand, There's a theater on the corner but unfortunately it was dark the few days we were in town. Owners were great communicators and made our stay...
