Escape with 7 seat HotTub and Couples Cold Plunge Sleeps 10
South Algonquin
10/10 Excellent
"We throughly enjoyed our stay... sometimes you get where your going and something that was in the pictures doesn't work, not here! Everything worked from the hot tub to the bbq and everything in between. Lots of yard games for the kids, beautiful garden, oh and my favorite is the outdoor shower under the stars. Definitely not disappointed and we'll be sure to visit again in the future. "
"Absolutely charming place. A great mix of off-the-beaten track, with a small town only minutes away with shopping and everything you could possibly need for trip - even an outstanding bait/tackle/water sports store. Finding the place was a little strange, with Google’s map pin being a couple hundred meters off, but keep your eyes open for the yellow arrow, and you’re close. You do share a driveway with island dwellers, but everyone is friendly as they pass through, and it’s not busy. We saw 2 groups come and go - we didn’t even notice the second. Dock is about 1.5’ deep in August, just fine for a shallow draft boat. Public launch across the lake. The place is awesome, not a lot of frills, just a well kept, clean, and perfect place to call home for a short stay. I would 100% return for more fun on Lake Paugh. "

"This is a great property to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished, and kitchen and living area offered all you need for a great stay. Add to it great outdoor space and you have all you need for a great stay. The location is remote yet Barry's Bay is close by so that you don't miss out on opportunities to shop and dine."
"Tom's Rustic Cottage was a great escape from the city. The cottage had everything we needed, bedding, kitchen supplies, and a fire pit for smores. The lake was clean, peaceful, and didn't have any seaweed tickling my toes. Best of all, we were able to bring our dogs and spend a week with them enjoying the outdoors. Great Stay."

Loon Lodge - Golden Lake (Cottage & Bunkie -Sleeps 8 )
10/10 Excellent
"The lodge is well equipped, all we needed to bring with us was food. It has a very nice view of the lake and a wide private beach - great for family with kids or elders. What is also good for kids and elders is the shallow water: 50 meters from shore it still won't go above the waist. "
