"Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me."

Unfortunately, a plumber had to work about 2 hours Sun. night til 10:30 PM, and called in a plumber with a bigger auger who worked the next morning to unclog the basement pipe. "Clean, close to all the towns we needed to get to for a family ancestors research quest. Also discovered Steven Kellogg, and Inez Milholland. Use the ADK Museum in Elizabethtown to do that. Hiked one peak. Need to come back to do more of that and fly fish the Ausable. The tv is not an activity for this place."
