"The staff was either incompetent or rude. No one to help with bags. After asking to have the room cleaned and being told it would be cleaned in a few minutes; it still had not been cleaned 2and a half hours later. No full length mirrors anywhere. The safe was unreachable if you were short. Some of my friends rooms did not have hot water. My friend had a mani/pedi appointment. They took her 40 minutes late. She could only have one service. Wish I had saved the money and stayed at the Marriott."

"We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn! We arrived very late, around 1:00 a.m., after a long day of traveling. I had called earlier to let the hotel know, and they were incredibly accommodating. They assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. L When we got there, the front desk associate was already expecting us and had everything ready, making the check-in process quick and effortless. He also arranged a late check-out for us since our family, especially the kids, was exhausted from the trip....

They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. "This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival.
