"ROW NYC is a wonderful place to stay. Modern and clean, and located in a great, safe location just around the corner from Times Square. This was the second time we stayed there, and will go back.
**Only comment is.....the elevators can be a little tricky to figure out, but once you use them a few times, not so much."

"I was confused on the $40 daily food fee. It wasn’t explained to me well when I checked in. I thought it was an option. When I went to check out, I was told I had to “use it or lose it” so I had to rush to eat breakfast in order to meet that $40 to make a scheduled appointment. I don’t like finding out about hidden fees or things I’m required to use with the risk of being charged."
