This is a well-loved, older family home with a unique and spacious layout. Rooms were added over time, giving it charm and character.

This home is ideal for groups that want to enjoy Northern Arizona together, or for groups that want their own space while still being in the same home.Note: We use delivered water, so occupancy is limited to 15 guests.

Firewood Tip: Our front neighbor sells firewood when home (often cheaper than Safeway!); also available at Safeway or Circle K. (Note: Firepit not available during fire restrictions).

Indoor Patio: Seating with table and chairs, plus the optional hot tub ($50 per stay — please let us know in advance if you would like it heated for your stay).

Outdoor Deck: Equipped with table, chairs, and a gas grill (propane included).
