"Nice hotel in a great location. Our grandchildren really loved the pool area, especially the kiddie pool. It was such a nice spacious area. Great hot tub. I only gave the hotel 4 stars because the beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses were very bouncy and one of the mattresses dipped in the middle. Other than that, we loved our room, it was very spacious. We did have to deal with rowdy hotel guests walking down the hall in the middle of the night waking us up, but the hotel can't be blamed for that."

Only issue this time around was that the 240 restaurant turned us away around 6 because we didn’t have a reservation, but the dining room was empty. They said they didn’t take walkins until after 7:30, so we just walked across the street to chucks! Super fun vibe there:)"

"Too early for outdoor pool. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. Made us feel less than welcome. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. We had a lakeside room but it overlooked the roof and was not an attractive sight with all the mess on it. Plus they were installing some kind of big unit so it was noisy. We wouldn’t have bothered with a lakeside room if we had known that was th view. I"
