"I was looking for a practical hotel to stay both for work as well to start cycling along the Rhine; Hotel Montfoort is picturesquely located in the historical Montfoort village, on walking distance of the beautiful castle. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation supplies everything you need for a pleasant stay and a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is special, great staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms, superb restaurant and bar. We stayed for six nights, was meant to be seven but staff were okay with the shortened stay, helpful in amending the booking and a room refund. Free parking was a bonus. Having an in-house bar and restaurant meant you could easily access great coffee, drinks and excellent classy meals. We come to the Netherlands regularly and would be back here in a heartbeat."

"The room was clean and bright. The staff was great. Loved that there was a shuttle to the airport. The only downside was no ramp entrance. Getting the luggage up the stairs was a chore."

"The hotel staff were super friendly and the hotel is very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, the emphasis is on vegetarian food and there are lots of options available. The hotel is located next to the main A12 road so handy for a stopover and we didn't hear any traffic noise from our room. Walking it's about 15 minutes to the train station. "
