"Overall wonderful experience!! Some improvements can be made to the facility itself (our sliding door to the balcony was impossible to open and close), but the staff is phenomenal! So I’ll let that one slide (no pun intended)."

"The grounds were very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room was spotless, housekeeping was wonderful, polite and very accommodating. We only had a couple issues to mention. The mattress on the pullout couch was as thin as a cracker and extremely uncomfortable. The shower curtain rod was about 6" to far into the shower so the curtain stuck to you while you tried to shower. And a side note, the elevators were extremely small and slow. Being that there were only 2, there was a lot of waiting to go up. And being on the 7th floor, walking up the stairs was not an option. We started using the stairs to go down. We will definitely return there the next time we plan vacation."

"room was very nice but lacked a reading light...fairly dark. pool was great but some people left towels on chairs to reserve space and then left pool area leaving newly arriving people with no chairs"
