"the stove one burner was no working, very poor on parking spots. even when i get a big unit for over 6 adults and 2 kids they still give me only a single parking spot. the King size mattress was not that great too, it doesn't feel fully comfortable. Probably poor pre-maintenance."
ICONA Diamond Beach

"Pristine from the lobby to the room to the restaurant. Private beach was a plus, especially providing beach chairs. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room had a dehumidifier and a fresh, clean scent. Very spacious room with kitchenette with keurig, microwave, and fridge. Small balcony provided enough of an ocean view to sit and take a break between beach and dinner. Very good breakfast. Bar in the beach. Will definitely return!"

"The staff working there were very nice and helpful , the maintenance gentleman was very helpful when we locked our self out of the room late at night and he was a nice person to have a conversation with . Rooms are dated but clean ."

"I stayed at Saratoga Resort while visiting Cape May for the weekend’s Bike and Beer Event and had an excellent experience. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning kept it comfortably cool. Although I didn’t use the kitchenette, it offered space for food preparation and cooking, along with a refrigerator noticeably larger(about shoulder height) than the typical hotel mini fridge. The front desk staff member who checked me in was friendly, professional, and welcoming. This was my first visit to Cape May, and Saratoga Resort will be my first choice for accommodations when I return. Highly recommended!"

"Was worried that request to fix a lamp and no tv control would be ignored because it was late Saturday night but a wonderful repair man came and took care of both with a cheerful attitude! The room was very clean and comfortable! Nice stay!"

"I have been to a lot of resorts here and Pyramid is by far one of the cleanest rooms. It is also affordable. If you are here for peace and quiet at night, you'll love this place. I stayed 2 summers and will come back next year."
