"The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. "There are no grocery stores within walking distance of the neighborhood. "

"When I booked the VRBO, the photo's and the actual place did not match. The apartment was on a very busy road with sirens and traffic all day and into the late evenings. The shower in the guest bath did not work properly and it never was fixed although we asked twice. The washer for clothes did not work. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend the apartment that was "assigned" to us from the management company. It is not a VRBO by owner."

"The apartment was very clean and it was exactly what we wanted. It had a full kitchen, nice size living room, dining room table a family of 5 could sit at and 2 full bathrooms. It was the perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. "

"Our family stayed in this two bedroom/two bath apartment while we visited family and explored DC. The apartment was clean and well stocked, it had one king bedroom and another with two twins which was perfect for our family. We could easily walk all over Reston Town Center and the drive to a metro stop with parking was less than 10 minutes. Bushra, the representative we worked with, was attentive and very responsive. She even left a gift bag outside our room with treats and snacks for the kids....
