The state-of-the-art kitchen has cookware, bakeware, flatware, and everything you need to kick off your culinary creations. The 4K TV is waiting for you to catch up on all your shows. Laundry in the unit for your convenience. Wifi, utilities, and linens are all included with your stay.

The space
You are more than welcome to access the property's amenities. Please be kind and respectful to all other residents.

Level 2: Co-working spaces & Single occupant restrooms
Level 3: Indoor Gym which has: restrooms, yoga studio, outdoor gym access, & pelotons.
Level 4: Lounge area, Theater room, Event Space, BBQ Grill, Courtyard, Pool, Restrooms, & Accessible Locker rooms.

Most areas are first come-first serve however some residents may reserve the spaces - please be respectful of this.
Guest access
Property & Apartment Access will come from "Latch", please send me your email so I can approve access. You will need to create an account with Latch using that email.

The Parking Garage allows you to drive up to the 6th floor, meaning you can drive up to your level and walk into the building that way.

An access card accesses the Garage. You'll need to have an access card & permit to enter. Please ensure your permit is visible - the tow trucks do frequent the garage!!

Access card & Permit for one vehicle can be found in the kitchen.
