"No where to park for drop off, being so close to the airport, there are double red lines everywhere. We hope we dont get a £100 parking charge!!"

It took them nearly a month to cancel their fine and because of this my car hire company charged me £50 admin fee for the parking fine!"

"The stay overall was fine, but, we arrived late in the evening, and the windows in the room were open - on a chilly evening, and we couldn't get the heating to work. And the water pressure in the shower was very poor, which was a major disappointment, as the actual shower looked very inviting.."
