"We had a large group stay for a family trip to Disneyland. The proximity to Disneyland was great. They were flexible and very attentive with the check-in process as well. The reason for a knock in star was the pictures make the house seem bigger than it actually is. Specifically the kitchen and outdoor area. The description also said two of the rooms had two beds, but when we got there, only one room had two beds. They did provide us with a high chair and portable crib which was nice. "

"The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. "This house was exactly as advertised. Spacious and serene with magnificent views. Perfect for our family vacation. We spent our days in Hollywood, Universal and the beaches, but had a nice quiet escape at the and of the day. Hosts were terrific; communicative and an easy check in. We were actually booked for another home that was unavailable and instead of canceling us, they upgraded us to this property. Highly recommend."

"This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

"The house was just as advertised and we loved it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and was easy to drive/walk to wherever we needed to go. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, and then watching movies on the huge TV after dinner. The kids begged us to stay for another day since they loved it so much.
