"My Wife and I would highly recommend this cabin in the woods as a perfect retreat. We had spent Family weekend with our son. He attends Western Carolina University. This is his senior year. A most wonderful bed, washer and dryer, kitchen, and hot tub."
"What I like: location (near by the lake).
What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel.
Note: the lobby's door is not locked, messy inside, and it looks like they are moving or will be filing bankruptcy soon."
"Beautiful home, great location to small town of Waynesville, pleasant, helpful hosts. Great dining options and convenient to Great Smokey Mountains and surrounding areas."

"The hotel was very peaceful and you could see the elk when it was feeding time. The hotel had rocking chair out side for you to sit and relax in. I could not asked for a better time. We had stayed in other hotel and pay alot more but this one is one of the nicest one there is. You could walk to the store and see the river across the street."
"This is a nice hotel. This is the 2nd time I stayed in it in 3 weeks. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. There were a little damage to the bathroom sink, but it wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Listening to the water at night and first thing in the morning was relaxing. Perfect location to just about anything. We went to the casino, tubed down the river zip lined at nantahala, hiked in Cherokee, visited a brewery in Sylvia and shopped in Bryson City all within a 30 minute drive."
