"Beautiful property with very nice owners. Was disappointed that I had booked a specific room with king bed and was given a different one with a normal double. Also absolutely no breakfast provided. I had paid for just the room but wrongly had assumed that we would be able to pay for breakfast but there was nothing. Really should specify that they are not doing breakfast when it is clearly a B&B according to their sign and previous reviews. The TV in the room is very small and has bad buffering...

"Exceptionally clean and comfy room, fresh bedding and towels available. Perfect location on the river, by the train station with just a 5 minute walk to the city centre. We stayed in room 1 and had a lovely view of the river on the morning, hotel was quiet, warm and comfortable. Martyn assisted with great communication telling us everything we needed to know prior to getting to the guest house, check in and check out was simple and easy.
