When we asked if they could turn heat up for pool the staff said only his manager can do that and they are not there on weekends. Disappointed in that but everything else was fine. "

"Absolute fire hazard. Half the width of the entire length of the hallway corridor blocked with spare furniture on both second and third floor. A fire code violation that is a misdemeanor in Iowa. Front staff was extremely rude."
