"Lovely hotel. Old fashioned feel and really nice decor. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Only reframe is not spending more time in it to enjoy it. The area is very picturesque so if you’re visiting definitely check this out as it has a really lovely classy feel. "

Was welcomed on arrival and everything I needed to know was explained very clearly. Lovely new bar(not currently open 7 days a week) with a great selection of Craft Beers"

"Our only complaint was the inability to find a location to dine in the nearby town. This was partly our own fault as we did not realize we would have to reserve and did not have a list of available eateries. The B&B itself was excellent."

"Our stay was excellent. We were met by a warm friendly face, lovely interaction on the way to our room. Room was clean and had everything we required. Brilliant idea around breakfast times and options. Our breakfast was cooked to perfection with an added extra (fried bread) which we asked for separately. On our departure we had a lovely conversation with Sam and Wade who couldn't have done anymore. We will use again and will recommend to anyone. 5***** Thank you"

"They do it very cheap at the expense of cleanliness and lack of very basic features like having a towel, duvets, a clean kettle etc. The receptionist accused hotels.com of not diplaying their accommodation details correctly. But they do not have to go very cheap in order to secure customers; A cabin for £80.00, but you have to pay extra for duvets. I have never been to any b&b or Inn where duvets/blankets are not provided!!! I can expect such a thing only in if you're doing your own camping. "

"This beautiful guests house has amazing 360 views of the Yorkshire Dales, with on site free parking. The couple that own it go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Lovely furniture/ decor, clean and spacious rooms and a taisty cooked breakfast to order. "
