"The property is not well maintained. Shower dirty, water is scalding hot or lukewarm, rust spots in tub and it doesn't drain properly. Toilets are not clean looking because they are stained, walls need repair & paint. Outside property there is no signage for the water pools, concrete worn, pavers cracked in many areas. There is also a trailer on the property by the pools where someone lives making it appear like a "poor neighborhood" and not a resort. "

"We had a wonderful weekend with family for Mother’s Day. Great house, clean and had everything we needed. Great place for the little ones (had a toddler) and adult. Lots of kitchen supplies for making meals. The pool was wonderful! Comfortable beds and not too far from the airport. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"I am beyond happy with our stay in this home. It is very beautifully built and designed and is perfect for a big group like ours that we stayed in. Mariam was very kind and responsive when we would reach out. The amenities were really nice and useful. The background was spacious and equally as beautiful. "The house was very clean, and the furniture and kitchen equipment was all in very nice condition, so we felt at home right away. The house was well-supplied with the items (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc.) that it is a nuisance to have to buy for a short stay. Enjoyed the quiet veranda with resident hummingbirds and distant snow-covered mountains. Really appreciated the level-two charger, so we could charge our electric car at the house in the evenings and didn't need to make any charging stops during our day trips. The house is well located between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs, though we didn't get the sense that the immediate vicinity (a suburb around golf course seemingly out in the middle of nowhere) had much to offer us (golf is not our vibe). We didn't visit the adjacent town (Desert Hot Springs). Hosts were friendly and responsive by text. Would stay there again if we revisit the area."

The communication with the host was seemless and he was very responsive. This property delivered as promised and would highly recommend this for a group looking to be a little bit outside of the core of palm springs and enjoy the desert and scenery."
