"There were several small, but important areas of concern, such as insufficient caulking in the bathroom shower, an area of rotting wood at corner of the door leading out to the balcony and a small ceiling area at corner of room and adjacent to outside wall, that appeared to have some water damage. We did not use the hot tub due to an excessive racketing noise when the switch for the aeration unit was turned on. One does not have to be a quality assurance expert to see how these concerns can negatively impact an otherwise wonderful vacation."

"Very nice place to stay. I just wish they served bacon for breakfast and cooked the sausage alittle longer. Other then that a beautiful stay, would stay again and recommend to friends and family and foes."

"Wish that the person who checked me in gave me information about the hotel. She basically gave me the keycard. And told me where the elevator was. Nothing else. No info about what was on the site. Not even the hours for the water park Found out later that I could have went to the grand cayman and use the amenities there but nope. The hotel was excellent. So very clean. For that part I really thank you but the reception check in not so much."

"The staff went above and beyond in their service for me! The rooms were clean and the bed/pillows were extremely comfy! Didn’t see the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Pool looked nice! In a very convenient area with Starbucks, Casey’s, Culver’s, Walmart right there! Not a new place but well kept up and price was a bonus too compared to some others in town!"
